Designated Subsidiaries. Shall mean the Subsidiaries of the Company which have been designated by the Board from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan, which may include corporations which become subsidiaries of the Company after the adoption of the Plan.

Designated Subsidiaries. Any Subsidiary designated by the Administrator from time to time, in its sole discretion, whose employees may participate in the Plan, if such employees otherwise qualify as Eligible Employees.
