Designated Subsidiaries. The Subsidiaries which have been designated by the Board from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan. The Administrator may provide that any Designated Subsidiary shall only be eligible to participate in the Non- 423 Plan Component and at any given time, a Subsidiary that is a Designated Subsidiary under the Code Section 423 Plan Component shall not be a Designated Subsidiary under the Non-423 Plan Component
