Designee

Designee. A party with whom Manufacturer has a relationship with in connection with the Product (including but not limited to a partner, supplier or distributor) who does not provide outsourced contract packaging services to third parties.

Designee. Means an individual designated by the Holder for purposes of this Agreement.
