Development Plan

Development Plan. Shall mean the plan for the development and commercialization of Licensed Products attached hereto as Exhibit 1.4, as adjusted from time to time pursuant to Section 4.2.

Development Plan. Is defined in Recital B above.

Development Plan. The summary plan for conducting clinical development and regulatory activities, through achievement of regulatory approval by the FDA of a NDA filed by Neuromed covering Product, attached as Appendix A of this Agreement, as such plan may be modified or amended in writing by the Parties.

Development Plan. The cGMP3 Development Plan attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.

Development Plan. The development plan and related budget for research and development of the Products and related compounds attached hereto as Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time pursuant to Section 2.1

Development Plan. The plan and related budget for conducting research and development of the Drug Substance and Products in the Field in the Territory, as amended from time to time by the JDC. The initial outline of the Development Plan has been agreed upon by the parties in writing as of the Effective Date

Development Plan. Aspen's documentary plan for the development, manufacture, promotion, importation, sale and/or marketing of Licensed Products, as more fully described in Article 4.1.

Development Plan. The plan for the development of Product and attached as Exhibit B, as such proposal may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time by mutual written agreement of the parties

Development Plan. A plan (including a corresponding budget) for conducting the Development Program that is prepared by Targacept on an annual basis during the Development Term, as may be amended from time to time by Targacept pursuant to Section 2.2

Development Plan. The plan for conducting the Development Program, including a budget, prepared by ACADIA on an annual basis during the Development Term, as may be amended from time to time by ACADIA pursuant to Section 2.2.
