Development Plan

Development Plan. Means the Initial Product Development Plan, as revised from time to time, pursuant to Section 3.5(a), and the Additional Product Development Plan, collectively.

Development Plan. Shall mean the development plan attached as Exhibit A, as such Development Plan may be amended from time to time, pursuant to Section 2.3 hereof.

Development Plan. Has the meaning set forth in Exhibit B.

Development Plan. Means, with respect to a particular Collaboration Product, the plan prepared by the JDC and approved by the Parties pursuant to Section 3.7 setting forth the detailed plan, Development Budget and process for the Parties' collaborative efforts to conduct development of, and seek Registration for, such Collaboration Product in the UG Territory and SGX Territory.

Development Plan. Shall mean the plan for conducting the Development Program, including a budget, prepared by MEMORY on an annual basis during the Development Term, as may be amended from time to time by MEMORY pursuant to Section 2.2.

Development Plan. Shall mean any development plan attached hereto as Exhibit A, and any additional development plan containing the requirements set forth in Section 2.2 and executed by the Parties, in each case as may be amended in accordance with the terms hereof.

Development Plan. Means the plan attached as Exhibit A being carried out by Collegium to obtain FDA approval of the Product.

Development Plan. Means the development plan for the Product as set forth in Exhibit A.

Development Plan. The summary plan for conducting clinical development and regulatory activities, through achievement of regulatory approval by the FDA of a NDA filed by Neuromed covering Product, attached as Appendix A of this Agreement, as such plan may be modified or amended in writing by the Parties.

Development Plan. The cGMP3 Development Plan attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A.
