Development Plan
Development Plan. The project characteristics, as they may be amended from time to time, for the development and/or marketing of the INO LICENSED PRODUCTS in the TERRITORY. The initial DEVELOPMENT PLAN shall be developed by the Joint Development Committee (as defined in the Agreement) and shall be attached hereto, as Attachment B and Attachment C. The DEVELOPMENT PLAN shall be regularly updated and amended to this AGREEMENT by the JDC.
