Example Definitions of "Device"
Device. Means all (i) personal computers utilizing Microsoft Corporation's operating systems, (ii) personal computers utilizing Apple operating systems, (iii) personal computers utilizing Unix operating systems, (iv) personal computers utilizing Linux operating systems and (v) videophones utilizing embedded operating systems;
Device. Means the embodiment or incorporation of the Core in a semiconductor device or other product.
Device. Means any handheld mobile device (i) commercially supported by OmniSky that accesses the OmniSky Service at any point during the Term, (ii) that is designated by AOL for inclusion within this Agreement, and (iii) to which AOL provides the corresponding AOL Software to OmniSky, where applicable, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. As of the Effective Date, the Palm V and Palm Vx handheld mobile devices are designated as Devices.

Inspiron, and the Lenovo ThinkPad; and/or (b) a "Mobile Device" a portable computing device that has a display screen with touch input and/or a miniature keyboard and typically weighs less than one (1) pound and is built and runs on the Google Android or Apple iOS mobile operating system. Device. An element (such as a transistor, diode, resistor, capacitor or inductor) that performs a specific electrical function, excluding Circuit.
