Example Definitions of "Device"
Device. Means COMPANY's computing device(s), described in the Device Table of the Product and Royalty Schedule(s) of this License Agreement, which comply with the MS system specifications for the Licensed Product and contains an Image on Memory Medium.
Device. Any digital player device or cellular phone (excluding use of the over-the-air cellular network) employing the Security Solution that is capable of receiving audio-visual files from another device or network connection, by any means, for playback of such audio-visual files.
Device. Each of a computer, workstation, terminal, handheld PC, pager, telephone, "smart phone", or other electronic device.

For the avoidance of doubt, Google may choose to create client-side applications (including versions of Google Phone Applications) for, and/or choose to deliver client-side applications (including Google Phone Applications) to, devices that have been classified as Desktop Experience Device(s); provided, however, that doing so will not allow Google to change the classification of a Device that has previously been Confidential 5 classified as a "Desktop Experience Device" to a Device classified as a "Phone Experience Device" without Customer's consent.
