Example Definitions of "Director"
Director. The person identified as the 'Director' on page 1 of this Agreement
Director. Means an individual who is or was a member of the Board and includes, unless the context requires otherwise, the estate or personal representative of a Director.
Director. Shall mean a member of the Board of Directors of the Control Company.
