Variations
Disability. Participant's inability means that, as a result of his incapacity due to physical or mental illness, Executive is considered disabled under the Company's long-term disability insurance plans or, in the absence of such plans, Executive is unable to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and functions of Participant's his position with the Company and its subsidiaries for a period of ninety (90) either sixty (60) consecutive days or for a total of 180 ninety (90) days during in any rolling twelve (12) month period as a result of any mental or physical illness, disability or incapacity even with reasonable accommodations for of such illness, disability or incapacity provided by the Company and its subsidiaries or if providing such accommodations would be unreasonable and which condition is expected to last for a continuous period of not less than twelve (12) months, unreasonable, all as determined by the Committee Board in its reasonable good faith judgment.
