Disability. Means, in the absence of any employment agreement between a Participant and the Employer otherwise defining Disability, the permanent and total disability of a person as determined in good faith by the Committee. In the event there is an employment agreement between a Participant and the Employer defining Disability, "Disability" shall have the meaning provided in such agreement.
