Disability. Termination of Executive's employment by the Company due to Executive's absence from Executive's duties with the Company on a full-time basis for at least one hundred eighty (180) consecutive days as a result of Executive's incapacity due to physical or mental illness. The determination of Disability shall be made by a physician mutually agreed upon by both the Executive and the Company.
