Disclosure Statement. The disclosure statement in respect of the Plan describing, among other things, the Restructuring and the other transactions contemplated by the Term Sheet

Disclosure Statement. Shall mean Trustee's Disclosure Statement in Support of Trustee's Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization, along with all exhibits, appendices, schedules and annexes attached thereto, as such Disclosure Statement may be altered amended, supplemented or modified from time to time, prepared and distributed in accordance of the Bankruptcy Code.

Disclosure Statement. The Disclosure Statement submitted to the creditors of the Covanta Group in connection with the proceedings for confirmation of its plan of reorganization.

Disclosure Statement. Means the disclosure statement in respect of the Plan, including all exhibits and schedules thereto, as may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptably to PBI and the DIP Lender.

Disclosure Statement. Means the booklet containing information on our membership program that was attached to this Agreement and delivered to you at the time of your purchase.

Disclosure Statement. Means the Disclosure Statement filed by the Debtor in support of this Plan, including, without limitation, all exhibits and schedules thereto, as required pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 1125 et seq. and approved by the Bankruptcy Court.

Disclosure Statement. Means the disclosure statement dated November 19, 2010, related to the Plan as such disclosure statement may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time, and all exhibits and schedules annexed thereto, as approved by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to Section 1125 of the Bankruptcy Code.
