Disclosure Statement

Disclosure Statement. (f) "Disclosure Statement" means the disclosure statement of the Company with respect to the Plan, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Soros, to the Company, and to the Committee.

Disclosure Statement. The disclosure statement related to the Plan and any exhibits, schedules, attachments, or appendices thereto, in each case as may be amended, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms herein and therein.

Disclosure Statement. Means the disclosure statement containing adequate information for the Plan, as supplemented from time to time, which is prepared and distributed in accordance with sections 1125, 1126(b), or 1145 of the Bankruptcy Code, Bankruptcy Rules 3016 and 3018, or other applicable law, and all exhibits, schedules, supplements, modifications, amendments, annexes, and attachments to such disclosure statement.

Disclosure Statement. The disclosure statement in respect of the Plan, including all exhibits and schedules thereto.
