Distribution Agreement

Distribution Agreement. Means the agreement of that name between WWLLP, WCHL, WTL and WWL dated the same date as this Deed;

Distribution Agreement. Means the Agreement Regarding Distribution and Plan of Reorganization dated as of the date of this Agreement between the Distributing Co. and the Controlled Co.

Distribution Agreement. Means the Separation and Distribution Agreement dated as of the date of this Agreement between the Distributing Co. and the Controlled Co.

Distribution Agreement. The Distribution Agreement is hereby ---------------------- terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties. The Distribution Agreement shall be of no further force or effect; provided, however, that the provisions enumerated in Section 28 of the Distribution Agreement shall survive termination of the Distribution Agreement as set forth therein.

Distribution Agreement. Shall mean that certain Distribution Agreement entered into by BMX and OSUR as of the date hereof, which amends and restates the Original Distribution Agreement.

Distribution Agreement. Means the Distribution Agreement between the parties.

Distribution Agreement. Means the Master Distribution Agreement between the parties executed simultaneously herewith. 1 2

Distribution Agreement. Means the Alfalfa Distribution Agreement by and between Pioneer and Contractor dated of even date herewith.

Distribution Agreement. Means that certain Master Separation Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and between Plains and Spinco, as the same may be amended or otherwise modified from time to time pursuant to the terms thereof.

Distribution Agreement. Shall mean the Master Distributor Agreement between Redhook and ABI dated the date hereof, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
