Distributor

Distributor. Any person, firm, corporation or buying group which buys Inventory from Seller or an affiliate of Seller and sells Inventory at wholesale.

Distributor. An entity that purchases Licensed Products (whether in packaged form or bulk form) from Merck, one of its Affiliates, or a Collaboration Partner, and resells such Licensed Products to Third Parties in a manner consistent with normal trade practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
