Distributor

Distributor. Any third-party distributor with which DSW subcontracts to provide Products and Services to Customers under this Agreement, which may include, without limitation, Existing Distributors

Distributor. Any Third Party to which a Party grants a right to resell or distribute HIV Barrel Products or New HIV Barrel Products.

Distributor. An entity that purchases Licensed Products (whether in packaged form or bulk form) from Merck, one of its Affiliates, or a Collaboration Partner, and resells such Licensed Products to Third Parties in a manner consistent with normal trade practices in the pharmaceutical industry.

Distributor. Means a company or key employees at the company or an individual who performs services on behalf of the Company as a distributor under distribution agreement. The Committee shall, from time to time, select the particular Distributors of the Company to whom Shares are granted, and who will, upon such grant, become Participants in the Plan. Distributor. Means an unaffiliated third Person that purchases (directly or on consignment) Licensed Product from LICENSEE, for resale of such Licensed Product to End-Users.
