Dividend Equivalent Right. The right of a Participant, granted pursuant to Section 9 in connection with the Restricted Stock Unit Award, to receive a credit for the account of such Participant in an amount equal to cash or stock dividends or other distributions paid by the Company in respect of one share of Common Stock.
Dividend Equivalent Right.
