Dividend Equivalent Right. A right awarded to a Grantee to receive payment of an amount equivalent to the dividend that would be paid on a specified number of Shares just as if the Grantee owned the Shares. Dividend Equivalent Rights may be granted alone or in connection with any other Award
Dividend Equivalent Right.
