Example Definitions of "Dividend Equivalent Right"
Dividend Equivalent Right. A right granted under the Plan entitling the Grantee to compensation measured by dividends paid to stockholders with respect to Shares.
Dividend Equivalent Right. A dollar amount equal to the per-Share cash dividend paid by the Company
Dividend Equivalent Right. A right to receive the equivalent value of dividends paid on the Common Stock with respect to the Shares underlying an Award that is a Full-Value Award prior to settlement of the Award in accordance with the provision of Section 14(c).
Dividend Equivalent Right. Dividend Equivalent Right. A right that entitles the Grantee to receive an amount equal to any cash dividends paid on a share of Common Stock, which dividends have a record date between the Grant Date and the date a Vested Unit is paid. Dividend Equivalent Rights will be paid in cash.
