Documentation. Means all instructions, manuals, diagrams or other written materials, in printed or binary formats, that describe the functionality or assist in the use of the CapMed PHR Software, the CapMed PHR System, the HealthKey, the MedicAlert® PHR System and the MedicAlert PHR Software.
Documentation. Means SAP's documentation which is delivered to Licensee under this Agreement.
Documentation. Means any user manuals, operator instructions and other documentation and materials used in conjunction with the Service and/or Software and provided by Supplier, whether in printed or electronic form.
Documentation. Means functional specifications, user manuals, flow diagrams, file descriptions, and similar written materials relating to the operation of the ITA Software. Current versions of such Documentation are made available at http://doc.itasoftware.com.
Documentation. Means all documentation and other supporting technical information and materials, in whatever medium recorded, necessary or useful for Use of the Licensed Technology.

Documentation. Shall mean the manuals (including technical manual) and other standard documentation that Licensor makes available with a Program, listed and described in a SOW.
Documentation. Shall mean proof that an expense related to the loan has either been incurred or paid. Printouts generated by accounting software in-house are not sufficient documentation. The UDAG Staff requires indisputable evidence of payment or obligation to pay. For example, original vendor invoices, receipts, canceled checks, payroll statements, etc. may be accepted as documentation by the UDAG staff.
Documentation. Means the literature, including the End User License Agreement, provided by Supplier with the Products, whether in hard copy or electronic form.
