Documentation

Documentation. Means user manuals, training materials, product descriptions, product specifications, technical manuals, license agreements, supporting materials, and like information related to the Products, which Documentation may be distributed in print, electronic, video, or other formats.

Documentation. Shall mean the operating, training, reference manuals and/or technical specifications relating to the use of the Enterprise Products and any Enhancements, modifications or Upgrades thereto, supplied by Enterprise to Radiant, Customers or Legacy Clients pursuant to this Agreement or the applicable Legacy Contracts.

Documentation. Means the documentation created in connection with the development of the Product(s) and the Product Technology, including without limitation any user manuals, warranty information and/or other materials provided by either Party in connection with the development and use of the Product and the Product Technology and as updated by either Party from time to time, whether physical or embodied in Software or onscreen systems, to enable a Customer to use the Product(s) and the Product Technology.

Documentation. Means all user manuals, training manuals, Software release notes, and other similar, written materials in English provided with the System, as may be updated by UTSI from time to time.

Documentation. Means any technical, engineering, development, support and end use documents, manuals and materials relating to the Software as described in Exhibit A (Software).

Documentation. Shall mean SoftPro's standard operating instructions relating to the SoftPro Software, consisting of one copy of the object code form of the SoftPro Software; a copy of manuals consisting of instructions and procedures for systems and operations personnel and end users of SoftPro Software, and related documentation which SoftPro makes available to its customers in general. SoftPro will deliver the Documentation to Client in... paper form, on CD ROM or electronically, at SoftPro's discretion and in accordance with SoftPro's then- current practices for such delivery (except that SoftPro Software shall be delivered on machine readable media). Client acknowledges that not all items of Documentation are available in all forms of media. SoftPro shall have the right to change the medium upon which the Documentation is delivered to Client without notice to Client. Documentation. Means the user manuals and other documentation or explanatory material describing the functions and principles for using or further developing the Avistar Technology and/or the Deliverables and all other materials provided by Avistar, from time to time, to facilitate the use and application of the Avistar Technology and/or the Deliverables, and any Corrections and Upgrades thereto provided by Avistar.

Documentation. Means, individually and collectively, operating, configuration, maintenance, instruction manuals, service manuals, web pages and all other documentation provided with and associated with a Product and as set forth or referenced in the applicable Product Supplement.
