Example Definitions of "Documents"
Documents. Form or medium in which Confidential Information may be produced, including, but not be limited to, writings, spreadsheets, presentations, web pages, emails, voicemails, drawings, graphs, charts, photographs, sound recordings, optical or magnetic discs and data compilations in whatever form recorded or stored from which information can be obtained and/or translated, if necessary, into reasonably usable form, and any reproductions thereof. 1
Documents. Defined in the Uniform Commercial Code from time to time in effect in the State of New York (the "UCC")
Documents. Copies of the Disbursement Letter, the Securities Purchase Agreement, and the Term Note
