Early Retirement
Early Retirement. A Participant's Separation from Service with the Company under the following conditions: (i) the Separation from Service occurs at least six months after the Date of Grant; (ii) the Participant provides at least six months prior written notice of retirement to the Participant's manager and the Company's Vice President, Total Rewards; and (iii) the Participant will have attained as of the retirement date at least age 55 with ten or more years of credited service with the Company.
