Example Definitions of "EBITDA"
EBITDA. Means, Pre-Tax Earnings (excluding non-cash income) plus noncash expenses associated with the write-off of the Borrower's investment in CDXC Corporation, Interest Expense, depreciation and amortization, determined with respect to the Borrower in accordance with GAAP during the Covenant Computation Period.
EBITDA. Means income (loss) before net interest (defined as the aggregate of interest expense and interest income), income tax, and depreciation and amortization as normally defined using the Applicable Accounting Principles (as defined in the Transaction Agreement).
EBITDA. Means, for any period, the net income (loss) from the Borrowers' operations before (a) interest, (b) taxes, (c) depreciation, amortization and other non-cash charges and income, and (d) extraordinary items, all as determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP, applied in a manner consistent with the financial statements for such period and acceptable to the Lender.
EBITDA. EBITDA.
