Example Definitions of "EBITDA"
EBITDA. Means, for any reporting period, Borrower's consolidated earnings before stock-based compensation, interest, income taxes, depreciation and amortization.
EBITDA. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Loan Agreement;
EBITDA. Means, for any applicable period, the sum of (A) consolidated net income of Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period (computed without regard to any extraordinary items of gain or loss as determined by GAAP) plus (B) to the extent deducted from revenue in computing consolidated net income for such period, the sum of (1) interest expense, (2) income tax expense, and (3) depreciation and amortization, less (C) non-cash gains.
EBITDA. Means the cumulative earnings of the Company's operations, as reported in accordance with GAAP, for the Reference Period before deduction of interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization but net of restructuring costs and capital expenditures associated with the restructuring of the Business.
EBITDA. For any period, the sum of Consolidated Net Income for such period plus the following expenses or charges to the extent deducted from Consolidated Net Income in such period: interest, income taxes, depreciation, depletion, amortization and other similar noncash charges, minus all noncash items added to Consolidated Net Income. EBITDA.
