Effective Date

Effective Date. Shall mean January 17, 2002.

Effective Date. Means the date upon which the MHC Reorganization is completed pursuant to this Plan and applicable laws and regulations.

Effective Date. October 1, 1997. The effective date of this amendment and restatement of the Plan is September 5, 2002.

Effective Date. Means the date that the Mandatory Registration Statement is declared effective by the SEC.

Effective Date. Shall mean the date the Certificate of Merger is filed with the appropriate State.
