Effective Date. Shall mean the date on which (i) Printcafe or a Printcafe Affiliate acquires the Printchannel Assets, and (ii) Creo has entered into a release agreement with ImageX, Inc. (the "ImageX Release") pursuant to which Creo and its Affiliates are released from any patent infringement claims by ImageX, Inc. in connection with the licensing and sale of Products by Printcafe or a Printcafe Affiliate, such ImageX Release to be in a form acceptable to ...
