Example Definitions of "Effective Date"
Effective Date. The first day of the first calendar year following Board adoption of this Plan.
Effective Date. The date that this Plan is adopted by the Board or such other date as determined by the Board.
Effective Date. Means December 19, 2001, the date the Plan was approved by the Board.
