Effective Time

Example Definitions of "Effective Time"
Effective Time. Means the "Effective Time" of the "Merger" as defined in the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among DARA BioSciences, Inc., Point Therapeutics, Inc. and DP Acquisition Corp. dated as of October 9, 2007.
Effective Time. Means the date of adoption of the Plan by the Company's Board, May 29, 2012.
Effective Time. Means the date of adoption of the Plan by the Company's Board, July 11, 2011 based on 23,850,000 shares issued and outstanding.
Effective Time. 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the Distribution Date.
