Effectiveness Date

Effectiveness Date. Means, with respect to the Registration Statement required to be filed hereunder, the 120th calendar day following the Closing Date (or the 150th calendar day following the Closing Date in the case of a Commission review of such Registration Statement).

Effectiveness Date. Effectiveness Date.
