Eligible Employee

Eligible Employee. Each employee of the Company or any of its Affiliates who has been selected for participation in this Plan for a given Plan Year pursuant to Section 3 of the Plan.

Eligible Employee. Each officer or employee of a Participating Employer who is shown on the payroll records of a Participating Employer as a benefits eligible employee. An employee shall not qualify as an Eligible Employee if he or she generally works less than 20 hours per week or customarily works less than five months during a calendar year, as determined in the direction of the Company

Eligible Employee. An individual who is employed by an Employer in active service and who is not represented by a union or other collective bargaining organization

Eligible Employee. Eligible Employee. All active regular full-time and part-time employees who are notified by the Company are eligible to participate in the Plan

Eligible Employee. An Employee who holds the title or position of Senior Vice President or above and who would in the absence of such title or position be eligible to participate in the Corporate Bonus Plan

Eligible Employee.
