Example Definitions of "Eligible Employee"
Eligible Employee. An employee of the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate, including any director who is also an employee. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Plan to the contrary, an Award may be granted to an employee in connection with his or her hiring or retention prior to the date the employee first performs services for the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate; provided, however, that any such Award shall not become vested prior to the date the employee first performs such services.
Eligible Employee. An employee of the Company or a Participating Affiliate who has satisfied the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 4.1.
Eligible Employee. All employees of the Company other than Field Sales staff below the level of Vice President, Sales
