Eligible Employee

Eligible Employee. An employee of the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate, including any director who is also an employee. Notwithstanding any provisions of this Plan to the contrary, an Award may be granted to an employee in connection with his or her hiring or retention prior to the date the employee first performs services for the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate; provided, however, that any such Award shall not become vested prior to the date the employee first performs such services.

Eligible Employee. An employee of the Company or a Participating Affiliate who has satisfied the eligibility requirements set forth in Section 4.1.

Eligible Employee. All employees of the Company other than Field Sales staff below the level of Vice President, Sales

Eligible Employee. Eligible Employee means any Employee who (i) is an executive, management or highly compensated Employee; (ii) is a participant in the Washington Gas Light Company Employees' Pension Plan; (iii) is not a participant in the Washington Gas Light Company Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan; and (iv) is selected by the Board of Directors to participate in the Plan.

Eligible Employee. Any individual who is a common law employee of the Company or a Designated Subsidiary and has completed at least ninety (90) days of service since his or her last hire date

Eligible Employee. For each Plan Year, an Employee who is classified at the region staff manager level or another level having equivalent or greater responsibilities and satisfies such other eligibility criteria as may be developed from time to time by the UPS Salary Committee.

Eligible Employee. For each Plan Year, an Employee who is classified as an active employee at the region manager level or above and satisfies such other eligibility criteria as may be developed from time to time by the Committee.

Eligible Employee. Shall mean each executive officer of the Company, including those employed by subsidiaries, and other key executives of the Company selected by the Committee

Eligible Employee. Any Employee who is designated as eligible to participate by the Administrator in accordance with UK law and pursuant to the terms of the Plan

Eligible Employee. An Employee who is not an Excluded Employee and who is primarily employed by Seller at an Acquired Location or a Partially Acquired Location following the Excluded Location Notice Date.
