Eligible Employees

Eligible Employees. Means persons who are at the time the officers (including officers who are members of the Board of Directors) and other key employees of National City or of any of its Subsidiaries.

Eligible Employees. Shall mean persons treated by BanCorp for payroll and employment tax purposes as common law employees of BanCorp or a Subsidiary and described in Section 3.

Eligible Employees. Those employees of the Company, other than the CEO, who commenced employment with the Company on or prior to June 30, 2003. In no event shall an individual who first commences working for the Company after June 30, 2003, be eligible to receive an Award hereunder.
