Employee Definition Example

Employee. Shall mean any individual who is an employee of the Company for tax purposes whose customary employment with the Company is at least twenty (20) hours per week and more than two (2) months in any calendar year. Individuals classified as independent contractors, consultants, or members of the Board or board of directors of a Designated Subsidiary are not considered "Employees" solely by virtue of such stations.
