Employee
Employee. Means a full-time, nonunion, salaried, common law employee of the Company or any Subsidiary. The term Employee shall not include an individual who is not classified by the Committee as an employee, even if such individual is retroactively recharacterized as an employee by the Company, a Subsidiary or a third party.
