Employer

Employer. Means the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates that participate in the Plan.

Employer. The Company, and upon the transfer of the Executive to an Affiliate, 'Employer' shall mean such Affiliate.

Employer. Shall mean the Company and each of its Designated Subsidiaries

Employer. AER, or any entity that is, at the applicable time, a member of AER's controlled group under Code Sections 414(b) or (c), or any successor thereto.

Employer. The Company or, as the case may be, its Affiliate with whom the Grantee has entered into an Employment relationship

Employer. Visant Holding Corp. and all of its direct or indirect subsidiaries in which it directly or indirectly has at least an eighty percent (80%) ownership interest, and any other trade or business with whom which Visant Holding Corp. would be considered a single employer under Code section 414(b) or 414(c), including, without limitation, Jostens Inc.

Employer. And "Corporation" have the meanings set forth in the Recitals, and all references thereto shall include their respective Successors and Assigns.

Employer. With respect to any Participant, (i) prior to a Change in Control, the member of the Company Group by which such Participant is employed, and (ii) following a Change in Control, the entity that the Participant is employed by immediately after such Change in Control

Employer. Means the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries with which the Participant is employed.
