Employer

Employer. The Company and any other Affiliate of the Company which adopts this Plan with the consent of their board of directors

Employer. The Company and any Affiliate who has adopted the Plan with the consent of the Company.

Employer. (i) the Company and (ii) any Subsidiary that adopts this Plan as an Employer

Employer. Any one or all of the Company and its Designated Subsidiaries. With respect to a particular Eligible Employee, Employer means the Company or Designated Subsidiary, as the case may be, that directly employs the Eligible Employee

Employer. Shall mean Entergy Services, Inc. or any successor System Company employer of Grantee or any successor to any such System Company employer's business and/or assets which assumes and agrees to perform this Agreement by operation of law, or otherwise.

Employer. The Company or any Subsidiary that employs a Participant

Employer. Valmont and any affiliate of Valmont.

Employer. Except as otherwise provided in part (b) of this Section, the term "Employer" shall mean the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (now in existence or hereafter formed or acquired) that have been selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan and have adopted the Plan for the benefit of its Eligible Employees.

Employer. Means either the Company or any Affiliate that employs the Participant.

Employer. RadNet, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and any successor.
