Enhancements

Enhancements. All bug fixes, error corrections, updates, modifications, new features, new functionalities, upgrades or versions of the Program or Documentation.

Enhancements. Shall have the meaning assigned to it in Subsection 4.1 ("Enhancements").

Enhancements. Changes or additions made by McDATA, other than Error Corrections to the Product. If an Enhancement adds substantial value to the Product and is offered to customers for an additional charge it will be considered a "Major Enhancement", and all other Enhancements, including those that support new releases of operating systems and devices, will be considered "Basic Enhancements".

Enhancements. Pages, sections, indices, inserts, advertising items, and features which may be added either to the alphabetical pages, the information pages or yellow pages sections of Directories. Expanded coverage of Directories shall also be considered an Enhancement.

Enhancements. Any technology developed by Licensee that is derived from or modifies the Licensed Technology and corrects, enhances or improves the Licensed Technology.

Enhancements. Means any improvements(s) in the Software which changes the performance and/or function of such Software as indicated by a sub-number appearing two digits to the right of an initial decimal (i.e., 1.01 or 1.02).

Enhancements. Shall mean all (1) updates, modifications, new features, new functionalities or upgrades of a Program made available by Licensor for general public release without additional fees; (2) updates, modifications, new features, new functionalities or upgrades of a Program made by Licensor at the request of Licensee and pursuant to a SOW; and (3) updates, modifications, new features, new functionalities or upgrades of a Program made by Licensor and offered for license to Licensee and for which... Licensee has purchased licenses that permit resale, including, bundling with other Licensee Products, if applicable and upon prior written approval of Licensor. Enhancements. All present and future bug fixes, error corrections, updates, modifications, new features, new functionalities, upgrades or new versions of a Program, Source Code Program or Documentation which Licensor makes available at no additional charge to its customers which are subscribing to maintenance and support.

Enhancements. Any software developed by Licensee, for use in conjunction with the Licensed Technology in the development of the Authorized Product and which is not a Derivative Technology
