Equipment

Equipment. All right, title and interest of Operator in and to all machinery, equipment, computer equipment (hardware and software), tools, furniture, furnishings, kitchen or restaurant supplies and facilities, office equipment, dining room supplies and facilities, medical supplies and facilities, appliances, supplies, books, records, fixtures, leasehold improvements, all tangible and intangible property, and goods now owned and hereafter acquired, used in connection with the operation of the Mortgaged... Property, together with all present and future parts, additions, accessories, replacements, attachments, accessions, replacement parts and substitutions therefore, and the proceeds thereof (cash and non-cash including insurance proceeds). Equipment. The furniture, machinery, equipment, trade fixtures, appliances, gas pumps and canopies and other tangible personal property (but excluding inventory) now or hereafter located on the Premises and all income therefrom and all proceeds thereof.

Equipment. All equipment of the Debtor, whether now owned or hereafter acquired and wherever located, including but not limited to all present and future machinery, vehicles, furniture, fixtures, manufacturing equipment, office and recordkeeping equipment, parts and tools.

Equipment. All "equipment" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC

Equipment. The equipment provided by Tesco which is set out in Schedule B to this Agreement, as specified in a Quotation.

Equipment. Means Borrower's machinery, equipment, furnishings, fixtures and other goods (as defined in Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code) whether now owned or thereafter acquired by Borrower and wherever located, all replacements and substitutions therefor or accessions thereto and all proceeds thereof, and including, also without limitation, all proceeds of fire or other insurance covering the aforesaid property.

Equipment. The meaning assigned to it in Exhibit A hereto.

Equipment. Means the compression and other equipment described in the Schedules.
