Equipment

Equipment. Means all process equipment used in the manufacture of Product as defined in the Final Design.

Equipment. Means any equipment and machinery required in the Manufacture of the Product at the Facility.

Equipment. The respective meanings set forth in the Indenture Security Agreement.

Equipment. The dedicated equipment listed and attached as an annex to the applicable Statement of Work or Budgetary Quotation, and incorporated herein by reference, for the Manufacture of the Product.

Equipment. Collectively, the ICC Managed Equipment and the General Production Equipment

Equipment. Means the items, units and groups of personal property, licensed materials and fixtures described in each Schedule, together with all replacements, parts, additions, accessories and substitutions therefor; and "item of Equipment" means a "commercial unit" as defined and described in Article 2A of the UCC, and includes each functionally integrated and separately marketable group or unit of Equipment

Equipment. Means each item of property designated on a Schedule that will be leased by Lessee pursuant to the Lease, together with all replacement parts, additions and accessories incorporated therein or affixed thereto. Where Lessor finances under the Lease payment of fees for Software Licenses and Services, references to leasing, purchases, ownership and administration of "Equipment" under the Lease shall be deemed to include such Financed Fees.
