Equity Awards

Equity Awards. All awards for shares of Company common stock granted under the Equity Plan, including but not limited to options, restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock bonus awards or stock appreciation rights.

Equity Awards. Means outstanding awards of performance stock units and restricted stock units granted under the International Paper Company 2024 Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan, as may be amended from time to time, and any successor plan thereto. Equity Awards. Means all options to purchase shares of Company common stock as well as any and all other stock-based awards granted to the Executive, including but not limited to stock bonus awards, restricted stock, restricted stock units or stock appreciation rights.

Equity Awards. Equity Awards. Restricted stock or other equity awards granted pursuant to the Equity Incentive Plan.

Equity Awards. Shall mean any award of stock options, stock appreciation rights or stock award relating to CGX common stock that are granted by CGX pursuant to a long-term incentive plan, including, but not limited to, the RS Units and the Options.

Equity Awards. Shall mean any and all outstanding equity awards (in whatever form) provided to the Executive pursuant to the terms of any Company equity or equity-based incentive plan prior to December 31, 2012, whether granted before or after the Effective Date.

Shall mean (i) the Options and (ii) any and all other equity awards granted to Executive by the Company, including without limitation restricted stock, restricted stock units and performance shares, whether granted prior to or after the date of this Agreement (other than any awards granted to Executive which expressly provide that the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not apply to such awards).

Equity Awards. The term "Equity Awards" shall mean the stock options, restricted stock, stock awards, phantom stock units, stock appreciation units, stock performance rights, shareholder value appreciation rights or other equity-based compensation as shall have been granted to Executive on or before the effective date of the termination of Executive's employment.

Equity Awards. Shall mean options, restricted stock grants, stock appreciation rights and other equity awards for Company Shares granted to the Executive under the Company's stock option and long-term incentive plans.
