Equity Awards

Equity Awards. Shall mean your Company equity compensation awards (including without limitation your Company stock options) that are outstanding as of your Termination Date.

Equity Awards. Means any stock options (including, without limitation, the Option, as such term is defined in Section 4(c) below), restricted stock, restricted stock units, stock appreciation rights, phantom stock or other equity based awards granted by the Company to the Executive.

Equity Awards. The meaning stated in the Consulting Agreement.

Equity Awards. Means (i) any Future Equity Awards and (ii) any Existing Equity Awards, but, in the case of clause (ii), only to the extent that Executive experiences a Qualified Termination during the 3 months prior to a Change in Control.

Equity Awards. The options and restricted stock units granted to the Executive in connection with the commencement of his employment on January 20, 2017, and any subsequent grants.

Equity Awards. Means all stock options ("Options") and restricted stock units ("RSUs") granted to Executive and currently outstanding as of the Effective Date.

Equity Awards. All options to purchase shares of Company common stock as well as any and all other stock-based awards granted to Executive, including but not limited to stock bonus awards, restricted stock, restricted stock units or stock appreciation rights; provided, however, that the term Equity Awards shall not include any stock-based awards that are both (x) outstanding as of the Effective Date and (y) structured as compliant with (rather than exempt from) Section 409A

Equity Awards. An Equity Award approved by the HRCC or Executive Committee and given to an Executive pursuant to the Company's 2018 Omnibus Incentive Plan, or such other Plan as may be approved by shareholders from time-to-time.

Equity Awards. Stock options and other equity awards covering shares of Company common stock granted to Employee that, as of the date of termination of employment that would trigger the right to receive severance under Section 4(a), or in the case of a termination that would trigger the right to receive severance under Section 4(b), the later of the date of the termination or immediately prior to the Change in Control, are held by Employee.

Equity Awards. The equity awards that the Executive may receive subject to the Board's approval and under the terms of the Equity Incentive Plan and standard forms of award agreements under the Equity Incentive Plan (the Award Agreements).
