Equity Interests. With respect to any Person, any and all of the shares, interests, rights, participations or other equivalents of or interest in (however designated) equity of such Person (including any common stock, preferred stock, any limited or general partnership interest and any limited liability company membership interest) and all of the warrants, options or other rights for the purchase, acquisition or exchange from such Person of any of the foregoing (including through convertible securities)

Equity Interests.
