Equity Security

Equity Security. Shall mean any security (as defined in the Exchange Act) other than a "nonequity security," as defined in Regulation T.

Equity Security. Means (i) Common Stock, (ii) any right or option to purchase Common Stock, (iii) any obligation or security convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock and (iv) any right or option to purchase any obligation or security convertible into or exchangeable for Common Stock.

Equity Security. As defined under Rule 405 (or any successor rule) promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Equity Security. Shall mean any stock or similar security of the Company or any security convertible or exchangeable, with or without consideration, into or for any stock or similar security, or any security carrying any warrants or right to subscribe to or purchase any stock or similar security, or any such warrants or right.
