Example Definitions of "Equity Security"
Equity Security. Shall mean any security (as defined in the Exchange Act) other than a "nonequity security," as defined in Regulation T.

Equity Security. As defined under Rule 405 (or any successor rule) promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Equity Security.
