Equity Security

Equity Security. Shall mean any stock, interest or similar equity security of an issuer or any security (whether stock or Indebtedness for Borrowed Money) convertible, with or without consideration, into any stock, interest or similar equity security, or any security (whether stock or Indebtedness for Borrowed Money) carrying any warrant, option or right to subscribe to or purchase any stock, interest or similar equity security, or any such warrant, option or right.

Equity Security. Equity Security. Shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3(a)(11) of the Exchange Act, and an equity security of an issuer shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Rule 16a-1 promulgated under the Exchange Act, or any successor Rule.

Equity Security. Common Stock, Preferred Stock, any other class of capital stock and any other equity or quasi-equity security, unit or other instrument with characteristics or attributes commonly associated with equity securities, including equity securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities and regardless of whether any such security is (i) subject to restrictions or other limitations with respect to the vesting, ownership or exercise of any rights accorded thereto, (ii) of a class or... series currently existing or hereafter authorized for issuance or (iii) previously outstanding and subsequently held in treasury. Equity Security. Means (i) any common stock, preferred stock or other capital stock, (ii) any securities convertible into or exchangeable for common stock, preferred stock or other capital stock or (iii) any subscriptions, options, rights, warrants, calls, convertible or exchangeable securities (or any similar securities) or agreements of any character to acquire common stock, preferred stock or other capital stock.
