Error

Error. Shall mean any error, problem, or defect resulting from (a) an incorrect functioning of Code, or (b) an incorrect or incomplete statement of diagram in Documentation, if such an error, problem, or defect renders the Code inoperable, causes the Code to fail to meet the specifications thereof, causes the Documentation to be inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect, causes incorrect results, or causes incorrect functions to occur when any such materials are used.

Error. Means a failure of a Product to substantially conform to its corresponding Documentation (or if there is no such Documentation, to its closest reasonable equivalent), as such Documentation is provided by Vert to Converge hereunder.

Means any reproducible error, problem, or defect resulting from: (a) an incorrect functioning of the Software that affects the functionality of the Client Web Site in any material respect; or (b) any failure of the Works delivered to Client hereunder to materially meet the specifications in the Statement.

Shall mean any deviations from the Functional Requirements or Technical Specifications, or any deviations from commonly accepted standards for normal and correct operation of computer programs or electronic circuit boards integrated into navigation products, even if not explicitly mentioned in the Functional Requirements or Technical Specifications, including without limitation cases where the Work or any Product that incorporates the Work abnormally ceases functioning, produces incorrect or... misleading information or erroneously interprets information given to it, and similar deviations. Error. Any failure of the Software to operate in conformance with the Documentation in any material respect.

Error. Has the meaning given in Exhibit H (GMI Maintenance and Support Services).
