Example Definitions of "Exchange Act"
Exchange Act. Shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Exchange Act. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended from time to time, and all regulations, interpretations and administrative guidance promulgated thereunder
