Example Definitions of "Exchange Act"
Exchange Act. Shall mean the U.S. federal Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or any similar federal statute and the rules and regulations of the SEC thereunder, all as the same shall be in effect at any particular time.
Exchange Act. Has the meaning set forth in subparagraph (a) of the definition of "Change of Control."
Exchange Act. Shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as in effect on the date in question.
Exchange Act. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended or any similar replacement federal statute, as at the time in effect, and any reference to a particular section of such Act shall include a reference to the comparable section, if any, of any such similar replacement federal statute.
