Example Definitions of "Exchange Act"
Exchange Act. Shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Corus Pharma, Inc Amended and Restated Information and Registration Rights Agreement
Exchange Act. Shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, as the same may be amended from time to time.
