Example Definitions of "Exchange Act"
Exchange Act. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or any successor statute or statutes thereto, including any rules and other official guidance promulgated under any such statute. Reference to any particular section of the Exchange Act shall include any successor section.
Exchange Act. The United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as the same has been and hereafter is amended from time to time
Exchange Act. For purposes of this Plan, "Exchange Act" means the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
