Example Definitions of "Exchange Act"
Exchange Act. Has the meaning given to it in Section1.16.
Exchange Act. The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (or successor statute)
Exchange Act. The term "Exchange Act" shall mean the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
