Executive

Executive. Has the meaning given to such term in the recitals hereto.

Executive. The person elected by the Board of Directors to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and each of his or her direct reports who are Company officers.

Executive. Means Gordon H. Busenbark, an individual residing in Irvine, California 92620.

Executive. Means George W. Cole, an individual residing at 4 Thackery Lane, Mendham, NJ 07945.

Executive. An executive of the Company or an Associated Company.

Executive. Has the meaning attributed thereto in the preamble;

Executive. An Employee who is selected, in the sole discretion of the Committee or its duly authorized designee (including without limitation, but only with respect to Employees who are not Section 16 Employees and who participate in the ESP as of the Effective Date, the Chief Executive Officer and the Senior Vice President of Human Resources of the Company), to participate in this Plan and who is listed on Exhibit A as amended from time to time.

Executive. Means a key manager employed by the Company.
